Beond Mexico (Beond Treatment S.R.L. de C.V. ) is a state of the art residential psychedelic-assisted treatment program based in Mexico providing services for people who experience challenges with a variety of substance use and mental health issues. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Care Specialist to join our Pre- Admissions Sales Operations Team at Beond Mexico in Cancun, Mexico. The Client Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective clients, scheduling inquiry telephone calls or video conferences, sending prospective clients treatment- related educational materials, scheduling ground transportation, and performing other client experience support duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a team player, and have a passion for helping people.


  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from prospective clients via phone
  • or email, and schedule inquiry calls or video conferences.
  • Provide prospective clients with detailed materials and educational information about
  • our facility, treatments, and services.
  • Send prospective clients educational materials related to their treatment options.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to answer any questions they may have and provide
  • support throughout the entire process.
  • Coordinate and schedule ground transportation to and from our facility for clients.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive client
  • experience.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional fluency in Spanish is a plus).
  • Customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Beond offers the flexibility of working on-site or virtually for this position contingent on the team member’s demonstrated ability, competency and ability to operate remotely at the highest levels of professionalism and success. On-site work involves reporting to our physical location and working in-person with team members. Virtual work involves working remotely from a location of your choice, typically through teleconferencing and other digital communication tools.
