Digital Marketing Strategist

As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will help develop, and execute Marketing and Communications growth-oriented strategy and initiatives, in support of our various Mental Wellness focused Programs and Offerings. Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will drive engagement, implement and monitor comprehensive outbound Marketing campaigns, assist in executing content strategy and bring ATMA’s brand to life through messaging that reflects our values, as well as vibrant photos, video and design.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills;
  • An excellent communicator, write clearly and concisely and have good interpersonal skills.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new communications strategies, plans and protocols to increase ATMA’s brand exposure, as well as Therapist, Client and Community engagement;
  • Launch LinkedIn Campaigns
  • Monitor and report on analytics for our various public channels; provide assistance and expertise to refine SEO/SEM strategy for those channels;
  • Assist in curating communications, including ATMA’s website, new media, and Press Releases to cultivate and enhance relationships with niche, high-level external audiences, including the Media and Key Influencers;
  • Coordinate with Communications and Marketing Manager to see through Sales campaigns from market analysis to deployment of campaign, continually monitoring, capturing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Implementing a variety of key digital assets and supporting any CRM related integration;
  • Work with CRM manager to measure sales progress against leading indicators and maintain a computerized customer and prospect database;
  • Create and coordinate with vendors production and distribution of promotional material.

You will bring to the team

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or equivalent experience;
  • 2 to 4 years of related Marketing, Communications, or Information Design experience;
  • Technical proficiency with Adobe creative suite of products (onus on Ps, Xd and Id), prototyping on Figma or similar, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and good working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter);
  • Demonstrated practical experience with website CMSs (like WordPress);
  • A good understanding of using Strategic Communications, Media Relations and Inbound Marketing in support of advancing an organization’s mission and goals;
  • A self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment that benefits highly from collaborative work and a strong team spirit;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evening and weekends, as required.
