Generalist (Business Development / Operations)

• Key leadership position requiring a hands-on, strategic leader who can balance day-to-day operational needs with long-term growth objectives.

• Critical in driving our operational strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading our efforts to bring life-changing therapies to market.

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s operations, from supply chain management to clinical trial execution.

• Accountable for business development and partnership building in the biotech space.

Preferred Background and Qualifications (not required):

• Strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup with the ability to adapt quickly as needs change.

• Extensive managerial experience.

• A large existing network in the biotech space and/or a strong drive to develop one.

• Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding psychedelic research.

• Prior experience in related drug development programs (MDMA, psilocybin, ketamine, etc.).

• A passion for developing novel, safe, and effective treatments for mental health disorders that are inadequately addressed by existing therapeutics.
