Job Summary:

As the Corporate Operations Manager in a high-growth environment, you will shape the operational backbone of our pioneering approach to psychedelic treatments. Working directly with the leadership team and reporting to the CEO, you will drive strategic and operational initiatives that support our mission of scalable and accessible care. This role is ideal for someone who is an ambitious self starter and thrives in high growth environments, offering a unique opportunity to develop innovative systems and processes in a groundbreaking field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on key corporate performance metrics; identify ways to improve and work with leadership to implement
  • Working with our partners and vendors, develop a pipeline of additional sites across multiple markets; manage multiple parties toward the buildout of each sites
  • Design, refine, and establish operational frameworks – our playbook – for launching and scaling new sites
  • Foster collaboration across clinical and administrative teams to enhance efficiency and efficacy
  • Spearhead significant projects, aligning them with the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Support organizational growth through strategic hiring and effective onboarding of new team members.
  • Navigate and lead under conditions of rapid change and uncertainty, making critical decisions with limited information.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations, management consulting, or a related field, especially within healthcare or startup settings.
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership prowess, capable of managing complex projects in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, adept at improving operational efficiency and developing new strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Deep commitment to the innovative potential of medical psychedelics and transformative health care.
