Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity to work at a busy Neurology Clinic in Forest Hill! We are looking for a motivated neuro/msk physiotherapist who has experience working with concussions and vestibular rehabilitation to work part-time on a 1-year contract. This is a truly multifaceted team at the clinic (PT, OT, NP, Psych, Neurologists) and is an opportunity to learn from each other is a definite perk of the job.

 

Responsibilities


  • Making assessments of patients' physical conditions.
  • Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
  • Conducting complex mobilization techniques.
  • Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
  • Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs.
  • Keep client records according to company standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and training.
  • Join a community of practice of fellow practitioners -- sharing wisdom, best practices and supporting one another.


Job requirements


Education/Experience

  • Master’s degree in a related field of study
  • Licensed or registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Physiotherapist
