Revenue Operations Specialist

About the Role: As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing and driving scalable solutions across our revenue-generating teams. In this position, you will support teams across the business — including Sales, Success, Programs, Community, and Patient Growth — by improving systems, streamlining processes, and identifying opportunities for innovation. Your work will be essential in ensuring that revenue-related functions operate efficiently and align with our organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Optimization and Experimentation

- Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of revenue-generating activities, such as member onboarding, customer retention, and sales funnel optimization.

- Drive experiments and testing across revenue operations to uncover effective processes, enhance team alignment, and improve key performance metrics.

- Collaborate with teams to gather insights, test hypotheses, and iteratively optimize workflows across a variety of functions.


• Data-Driven Insights and Process Improvement

- Develop and maintain reports to provide visibility into key metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvements.

- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems, identifying areas for process automation and implementing scalable solutions to reduce manual tasks.

- Analyze data on revenue operations to uncover trends, measure the effectiveness of processes, and prioritize areas for improvement.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support

- Serve as the primary operational support for teams like Sales, Member Success, and Programs, acting as a resource for optimizing tools and processes to align with revenue goals.

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure systems and processes are responsive to evolving business needs, facilitating effective communication and alignment.

- Proactively gather feedback from teams to understand their operational needs and challenges, translating these into actionable insights and process improvements.


• System and Tool Management

- Support the management of CRM and other operational tools, focusing on configuration, data flow, and user training to enhance team efficiency.

- Drive automation initiatives and ensure proper integration of tools used across revenue teams, optimizing the tech stack for performance and scalability.

- Monitor system usage and recommend enhancements to increase productivity and streamline processes across revenue operations.


• Growth and Revenue Enablement

- Partner with revenue-generating teams to develop strategies that support growth initiatives, such as new member acquisition, client retention, and community engagement.

- Continuously explore and evaluate new methods to increase efficiency and productivity within revenue operations, leveraging industry best practices.

- Align revenue operations processes with business goals, contributing to a foundation for sustainable growth and operational excellence.


Qualifications:

• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable with testing, iterating, and adapting.

• 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role within a high-growth company, ideally within healthcare or SaaS.

• 3+ years experience in management or implementation consulting.

• Strong systems inclination and proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Calendly, Stripe).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement process improvements.

• Experience designing cross-functional workflows, particularly for event or program management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

$140,000 - $160,000 a year
