Requirements  

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms  (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok etc.)  

• Create and manage content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with our mission to promote  mental health and well-being  

• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to ensure our  presence remains relevant and engaging  

• Analyze and report on performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies  

• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure content is informative, accurate, and  compassionate  

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies  


Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in healthcare or wellness sectors  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices 

 • Excellent communication and content creation skills (writing, design, video editing) 

 • Ability to interpret social media analytics and make data-driven decisions 

 • Passionate about mental health awareness and promoting positive messaging  

• Well versed in SEO application  

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance is bonus
