OVERVIEW:

The Advaya Clinical Director (Statewide) plays a pivotal role in leading statewide clinical operations. This key leadership role is responsible for providing clinical supervision, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of care, and driving the development and execution of innovative therapeutic programs. Working in close collaboration with therapists and staff, the Clinical Director will cultivate a supportive and enriching environment for clients embarking on their journey of integrating psychedelic experiences into their mental health and personal development.

SUPERVISION:

Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)


COMPENSATION:

$100,000 plus incentives, including equity options.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clinical Leadership:

  • Act as statewide clinical supervisor for all therapists.
  • Offer clinical supervision, guidance, and support to therapists and staff.
  • Promote a culture rooted in ethical standards and evidence-based practices.
  • Remain abreast of the latest research and advances in psychedelic integration therapy.
  • Manage a small caseload to maintain and enhance clinical skills.


Clinical Development:

  • Partner with other the Chief Operating Officer and Clinical Directors to design and execute systemwide treatment protocols.
  • Assist in the development and execution of a top-tier training program.
  • Assist in the crafting of clinical policies and procedures.


Patient Care and Support:

  • Supervise the assessment and intake procedures for new clients.
  • Offer individual therapy sessions as needed, especially for complex cases.
  • Guarantee personalized and appropriate care for all clients.


Quality Assurance:

  • Assess the quality and effectiveness of therapy services throughout the state.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols and standards.
  • Conduct therapist performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.


Team Management:

  • Lead the statewide recruitment, training, and development of therapists and clinical staff.
  • Nurture a team environment characterized by collaboration and support.
  • Organize professional development opportunities for staff.


Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure the practice meets all legal and ethical standards relevant to therapy and psychedelic integration services.
  • Keep informed of state regulatory changes affecting psychedelic-assisted therapy.
  • Manage therapy session records and documentation with due diligence.


Community Outreach and Education:

  • Work with the marketing team to enhance the visibility of the practice’s services.
  • Engage in educational events, seminars, and workshops on psychedelic integration and therapy.
  • Support community engagement and raise awareness on the benefits of psychedelic and mental health therapy.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • State licensure in any of the following professions: psychologist, counselor, social worker, MFT, or APRN.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably within mental health therapy or a related field.
  • Expertise in mental health treatment and psychedelic integration and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Experience with IFS and Somatic Therapy a plus.
