Job Title: Online Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist

Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and licensed Therapists to join our team offering psilocybin-assisted therapy. This contract role involves guiding and supporting individuals through transformative psilocybin therapy experiences (including trip planning and integration), fostering a safe and nurturing environment for healing, growth, and long term integration.

Responsibilities:

- Assess client eligibility through a thorough review of their intake forms, including medical and mental health history, client readiness and willingness to engage in psilocybin assisted therapy.

- Conduct online individual therapy sessions utilizing psychedelic-assisted therapy techniques.

- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans aligned with their therapeutic goals.

- Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to facilitate emotional exploration and healing.

- Facilitate integration sessions post-psychedelic experiences, aiding clients in processing insights and incorporating them into daily life.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

- Certification as a Psychedelic Therapist

- Extensive experience in psychotherapy or counseling, including experience with psychedelic-assisted therapy.

- Personal experience with psychedelics

- Specialized training in counseling modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, etc. 

- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, and integration therapy.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Additional Requirements:

- Applicants with a background in alternative or wellness-focused practice, coupled with an interest in expanding their expertise, will be regarded favorably. 

- Experience in areas such as Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, or similar disciplines is considered a valuable asset. We encourage candidates passionate about holistic health to apply.
