Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In our patient-centered collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists in the network take on the psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team takes on patient eligibility, treatment plan and outcome monitoring. Our platform gives psychotherapists passionate about PAP the infrastructure and support required to become empowered KAP providers, while enabling higher standards of patient care and enhanced clinical outcomes.

About the role


Journey Clinical is looking for an experienced program manager to oversee the ideation, design, construction and execution of programs that our customers (therapists) will utilize to engage with our platform. This person will be responsible for the strategy and operations behind building the resources to enable our customers to be successful as they learn to integrate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy into their therapy practices. You will interface with customers to understand their needs to design world-class solutions that can scale. This is a remote-first role reporting directly to the Head of Growth - Activation


What You’ll Do


- Conduct extensive user research on our customers’ biggest needs

- Run experiments, iterate on those experiments and then measure the success of them to determine which should be scaled into our product

- Oversee our existing suite of growth programs, including shadowing, peer mentorship, various experiential offerings, start class trainings, educational resources, etc

- Set up technical systems and tooling to effectively and autonomously run our various customer programs, as well as the data architecture needed to track them

- Experiment daily and iterate on our customer experience to continually improve our performance and build a world-class platform experience for our customers

- Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Community, but most especially work with Product to build the cross-functional systems into our portal 

- Monitor success KPIs to be agile and make changes quickly as experiments succeed or fail

- Oversee 2-3 more junior resources to assist you in managing these programs and monitor resourcing to appropriately staff these programs and set them up for scale and success


Who You Are


- 7-10+ years of experience at a VC-backed startup or top level consulting firm (or in a similarly fast-paced environment)

- You are a stellar doer at the IC level, and need minimal guidance to build the programs and resources our customers (and internal teams) need to be successful

- Highly technical, with the ability to set up and leverage systems to manage our growth programs, integrating new tools into the process to reduce manual intervention and allow us to scale. Teach us about new tools we should utilize to improve our offerings!

- Highly analytical, with the ability to set up data infrastructures to monitor KPIs on how our programs are performing to assess the success or failure of them. Decisive, data-driven leader, with ability to synthesize trends quickly and report out to C-suite

- Experience managing small teams to drive growth who have a similarly whatever-it-takes attitude

- Comfort with (even energized by) environments that lack established structure or playbooks that move at rapid speed and experiment quickly

- Blended talent in strategy, operations, implementations and product experience

- Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably with an understanding of mental health clinicians or healthcare professionals.
