Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed psychotherapist with interest in providing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). Training will be provided but prior experience or training with ketamine and/or psychedelic-assisted therapies is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a team player, compassionate, motivated, open-minded, and have excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy including preparation, treatment, and integration of ketamine experiences.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions to patients
- Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide compassionate and effective care
- Maintain thorough records of patient progress in accordance with professional standards.
- Strictly adheres to HIPAA regulations.
- Provides a flexible, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to psychotherapy.
- Option to participate in program development, research, and other ongoing non-clinical projects.
Licensure & Experience
- Must be a licensed therapist in Michigan (LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience providing individual therapy
- Trauma-Informed Therapist
- KAP, ACT, Trauma-specific therapies(EMDR/ART/Brainspotting) or substance use experience preferred
Hours
This will start as a part-time position, 2-3 days (16-24 hours) per week which will transition to full-time (32 hours, 4 days) once caseload is established. Full-time is 32 hours a week, and includes up to 23 client/clinical hours. The remaining hours are for administrative work, notes, treatment planning, care coordination, and other projects.

Compensation:
- Pay is hourly (not contract-based) and competitive.
