Social Work | Faculty AffairsThe Program Coordinator provides general administrative support for the Director and Senior Researcher of the Center for Psychedelic Drug Research and Education and the CPDRE team (75%), and for the Associate Director of LiFEsports (25%), in the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University. The position is responsible for daily scheduling and calendar coordination, monthly financial reconciliation, purchasing for research and other programs, coordinating with other staff to manage and oversee center processes/programs, internal and external communication, works productively as a team member, and performs related and/or additional job duties as assigned by leadership in the CPDRE and LiFEsports.


Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative Management: Provides administrative support; assistance with programs/projects; facilitates development of and disseminates meeting agendas; assists with data entry in OSU systems and in Excel. Reserves equipment and conference rooms for meetings; provides support for special events. Assists with photocopying and scanning documents. Provides Qualtrics, e-newsletter, word processing, proofreading, copy-editing and formatting services as requested.
  • Calendar and Scheduling. Maintains calendar and schedules meetings. Creates, maintains, and regularly updates calendar for the team.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required.


Desired Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong writing skills, and familiarity with Qualtrics and Excel.

The target hiring range is $22.16-$29.54 hourly. The actual salary will fall within this range based on the candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, and the unit’s available budget.
