Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. In our patient-centered collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists in the network take on the psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team takes on patient eligibility, treatment plan and outcome monitoring. We are in an exciting period of our growth and are looking for a Systems/IT Operations team member who will help us develop, maintain and optimize key systems and integrations.
Here's what you’ll do day to day:
- Prioritize new requests from the team
- Develop solutions for team requests using people, processes, and technology
- Develop a ticketing system to assist with prioritization and status tracking
- Develop new systems and/or system integrations using Zapier, Keragon, or API’s Optimize existing systems (e.g., Twilio, ZenDesk, Typeform, Slack, Google Voice/ZenDesk Phone, Zapier, Keragon, HubSpot, Tableau, Squarespace, Mailgun…)
- Conduct system selections, product demos and make recommendations on new systems to solve team challenges
- Work with functional leaders, engineering, and product teams to understand impacts on current and future workflows
- Work with engineering and product teams to integrate solutions (as needed) into the Journey Clinical portal
Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in technology consulting or dev/ops roles
- 1-3 years of experience in an early-stage startup environment
- Tech savvy and strong in operations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Great listening and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills where you can craft compelling and concise messages to explain concepts and provide feedback in a positive-active manner
- Demonstrated ability to work with key systems (Zapier, Keragon, Typeform, Zendesk, Squarespace, Slack, Twilio) and comfortability with troubleshooting potential system issues
- Experience configuring Twilio is a huge bonus
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal teams where you thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, iterate, pivot, and move fast with flexibility and adaptability; is not afraid of change but embraces it as an opportunity for innovation and personal growth
